Quality of service

Remember low cost doesn't guarantee quality, and you will want a provider with good network coverage. If a SMS gateway provider doesn't have a direct link with a particular country or mobile operator, they will turn to another gateway provider to forward your message. This may delay your bulk SMS message or it may even be lost between all the transfers
